Complete fit out for Cwmbran office block

A complete fit out was the ideal solution for an old abandoned office block. The large building had been left empty for over 5 years and all the previous interiors needed ripping out and starting a fresh. With 24 good sized offices being left unused and with a mass of potential, MSM got to work.


First Impressions count

5 years of over growth around the property had taken its toll. A few days cutting back the over growth and neatening up the exterior of the property have made a real difference. New flower beds and landscaping have started to transform the exterior as well as designated car parking spaces and an intercom system for security. A new sign across the front of the building reinforces the new professional image of the building and gives the wow factor to clients.

Suspended Ceilings, re decoration and flooring transform the building

The inside of the building has been completely stripped out. Walls have been pulled down and spaces have been opened up bringing in more natural light and bringing the office suites back to life. New suspended ceilings, carpet flooring, electrics and lighting have transformed the office space with modern stylish results.

As well as full refurbishment of the office spaces, the toilets and kitchen areas have been fitted out with new decoration, flooring and plumbing bringing the building up to modern standards. Decoration, artwork, and new flooring have made the reception areas and corridors more inviting and the electric installations have been upgraded with energy efficient heating systems as well as a sensor controlled lighting system which will both help protect the environment and reduce running costs. The finished result has turned the un-used building into stylish, professional office space.
